Launched in 2014 as part of the NCAA-DoD Grand Alliance, the CARE Consortium is jointly led by principal investigators who provide the vision and overall leadership. These principal investigators reside at research institutions across the country: University of Michigan, Indiana University School of Medicine, Medical College of Wisconsin and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
